Training Of Trainers, Ramnicu Valcea, Romania, June 2023 This mobility is part of Year 2 Accreditation of Youth Projects obtained by
Youth on the Move Association in 2020.
For this event we are planning a Train the Trainer mobility, focused on
helping both novice and experienced facilitators and trainers in their work
with international groups of learners in projects tackling democracy
education and youth participation.
The training is designed for a maximum number of 30 trainers/facilitators
from various EU and Program Countries, belonging to youth organizations
and educational institutions that are working with young people.
The content, methodology and learning strategies are part of Youth on the
Move’s educational approach toward international youth work,
professionalization of youth workers and training of competent facilitators
and trainers.




















Youth Voices for Democracy – Youth Exchange

Youth Voices in Democracy is a youth exchange involving participants from EU countries and Program Countries.
This mobility is the second phase of our 2022 Youth Acreditation Projectand its main goal is to give young people from various europeancommunities skills and competencies connected with participation,democracy and european citizenship.
The objectives of the project are as follows:
- Stimulate and promote the skills related democracy and europeancitizenship.
- Exploring the intercultural dimension of this youth exchange byjoining the exponents of many cultures, languages and customs.
- Developing communication skills in a foreign language as a means ofpersonal and professional development, the working language of theproject being English.




















Quality Partnership Building – 22 – 27 February 2024
This mobility is part of Year 2 Accreditation of Youth Projects obtained byYouth on the Move Association in 2020.
For this event we are planning a partnership building activity focused oncreating a space for European organizations to meet, share and discoverways of cooperate on an international level in the field of youth work, witha focus on inclusion and youth participation.
The event will also give a chance to participants to share experience inproject writing and management, acquiring new skills in the same timetrough a hands on project development flash course.
The training is designed for a maximum number of 25 youth workers/ staff and decision makers from various EU and Program Countries, belonging to youth organizations and educational institutions that are working with young people.
The content, methodology and learning strategies are part of Youth on theMove’s educational approach toward international youth work,professionalization of youth workers.

- To foster cooperation and share of ideas, knowledge and good practices among participants with a focus on developing quality partnerships for future international projects within the Erasmus framework.
