What we do
Learning that strengthens people, organisations and communities.
We design and deliver non-formal learning experiences for young people and for the professionals who support their development. Our programmes connect participation, practical competences, reflection and community action.
From local workshops in Râmnicu Vâlcea to Erasmus+ mobilities with European partners, every activity is built around meaningful participation and learning that can be used beyond the programme.

Our fields of work
Four areas, one shared purpose
Youth participation & democracy
We help young people express their views, engage in dialogue, take initiative and participate actively in their communities and democratic life. We create these opportunities through workshops, youth exchanges and community activities.
Training for youth professionals
We develop practical training for youth workers, trainers, facilitators, teachers and other educators. Our programmes explore learning design, facilitation, reflection, evaluation, inclusion, communication and professional growth.
Inclusion & equal opportunities
We design respectful and accessible learning environments in which diverse identities, abilities and experiences are valued. Particular attention is given to meaningful participation for young people with fewer opportunities and people with disabilities.
Critical thinking & media literacy
We equip participants to analyse information, recognise bias and disinformation, communicate responsibly and make informed choices. These competences support both personal autonomy and responsible participation in a digital society.
Local and European action
Rooted in Râmnicu Vâlcea, connected across Europe.
Youth Hub & community programmes
Our Youth Hub is a space for workshops, volunteering, dialogue, educational programmes and community initiatives. It allows us to work consistently with young people, schools, educators and local organisations.
Erasmus+ mobility & partnerships
Youth exchanges, training courses, study visits and international partnerships bring together people from different countries to share practices, test ideas and develop competences that return with them to their organisations and communities.
Our learning process
From experience to meaningful action
01
Understand the context
We begin with people’s needs, experiences and the realities of their organisations and communities.
02
Design participatively
Objectives, methods and group processes are designed to encourage ownership and active contribution.
03
Learn by doing
Participants experiment, collaborate, solve problems and connect learning with real situations.
04
Reflect, recognise, act
Experience is transformed into recognised competences, practical conclusions and future action.
